villages and territory
We want to continue improving the quality of experience on our trails and we are counting on you: send us your comments, photos and videos of incidents.

Take an active part in the quality control of our trails. If you have identified any problems, deficiencies, lack of signposting, difficulty progressing, etc., please contact us and the Council responsible for the trail in question, using the contacts provided below. Help us to improve by sending us your comments, photos and videos of incidents.

The Aldeias do Xisto have a network consisting of thousands of kilometres of footpaths, mountain-biking and climbing trails, and the management and maintenance of these infrastructures are shared with the 20 partner councils within the Network. There are short and long trails, approved and with infrastructure, each with a different layout, profile and difficulty level. However, they all have some things in common: they are fundamentally immersed in nature and can be used completely autonomously.

We want to constantly improve the quality of experience on these trails, which is why we are at the forefront of implementing Responsible Trails - a seal that guarantees compliance with our demanding quality criteria. Through our Active Nature Tourism platform My Xisto Trails, you can prepare your adventure in advance and leave your comments and suggestions. Count on us and we will count on you.

On 13 July, we had just hiked the GRZ- Great Zêzere Route and were able to confirm that the observations sent by users regarding the most critical points was in line with what we also identified. Take an active part, and we in turn will always monitor your actions.
