The Marmeleiro River Beach, in the municipality of Sertã, was created through the restoration of an irrigation weir. Surrounded by alders, poplars, and fig trees whose silhouettes are reflected in the water, this spot makes the most of the Isna stream, near the village of Marmeleiro.

In the surrounding area, there is a wide sandy beach, cement tables, and benches. The site features a shallow swimming area for children and a deeper one for adults, but there are also many other spots along the stream — both upstream and downstream — where visitors can enjoy a swim.
