The River Beach of Peneda/Pego Escuro, in the parish of Góis, and the River Beach of Canaveias, in the parish of Vila Nova de Ceira, have obtained the classification “2018 Gold Quality Beach" awarded by Quercus.
The award is given to places that respect a set of legally established criteria, including excellent water quality in the last five swimming seasons.
