The Aldeias do Xisto are the gateway to a wonderful place where there is a wide range of tourism and leisure activities intimately connected with nature and the cultural traditions of the region.

The "Heritage Internationalisation Award 2014" sponsored by Millennium BCP Foundation and Spira - heritage revitalisation, is aimed at public and private bodies participating as exhibitors in the Heritage Fair 2014 and having the potential to internationalise their products and/or services.

The prize consists of funding for registration at the Salon du Patrimoine Culturel at the Louvre (Paris - France) in November 2015.

Voting for the Internationalisation Prize was achieved by members of the public visiting the Fair as well as by a jury composed of a representative of the Millennium BCP Foundation, the Castille and Leon district council and AICEP Portugal Global.
