The Talasnal and Candal Aldeias do Xisto, and the Serra da Lousã are highlighted in the video released by the Portuguese Football Federation (FPF), as part of Portugal Day and promoting the participation of the National Team in the Football World Cup in Russia.

Titled "Conquer the Dream”, the video starts with images from Talasnal, then shows Candal, giving an overview of the Serra da Lousã mountain range while traditional Portuguese proverbs are recited.

The video, an initiative of the FPF with the support of ADXTUR- Schist Villages Tourism Development Agency and Lousã Town Hall, already has thousands of views and shares.

Remember that Franka Batelic, Croatia's contestant to the last Eurovision Song Contest, chose the Talasnal Aldeia do Xisto Schist Village as the setting for recording the Postcard. The team also took the opportunity to taste one of the most emblematic dishes of the region's gastronomy: chanfana (goat stew).
