On 1 November, the Benfeita Parish Improvement League invites everyone to celebrate autumn with a gathering around the Magusto da Benfeita. An event marked by the taste of chestnuts, good cheer and community spirit.
The event begins at 5 pm in the hall of the Improvement League, right after the association's ordinary general meeting. There will be plenty of roasted chestnuts and the welcoming atmosphere that characterises this schist village in the municipality of Arganil.
The initiative is open to the public, family and friends, and is an excellent opportunity to revive traditions, strengthen ties and celebrate the arrival of autumn in the Schist Villages.
