On 1 November, the Municipality of Góis will host the 1st Vale do Ceira Cycle Tourism Meeting, an initiative that is part of the 2025 Feira dos Santos, do Mel e da Castanha (Saints, Honey and Chestnut Fair). The event also marks the inauguration of the Cyclin' Góis Centre, a new space dedicated to the practice and promotion of cycle tourism and mountain biking in the municipality.
Participants are scheduled to meet at 9:00 a.m. at the Baião Leisure Park (outside the Góis Moto Clube). At 9:30 a.m., the centre's inauguration ceremony will take place, followed by the start of Route 1 - XC, covering 10.6 km. The route includes a stop at Praia das Canaveias, where refreshments will be provided, ending back at the Cyclin' Góis Centre at 11:00 a.m. with a final get-together.
