Creating with tradition
In the network of Aldeias do Xisto shops you can find genuine products of selected quality. From traditional to modern, these are handmade by craftsmen, inspired by the people and culture from the heart of Portugal. Among these there are local products which were never seen beyond these 24 villages.
Other products are re-interpretations of traditional materials and methods, pieces with a truly contemporary design inspired by rural life. With the creation of this network of shops, you can taste the cheese, the wine, the herbs, the tea and the traditional pastries. You can wear the hats, the scarves, the handbags and wallets, the rings, necklaces and pins. You can take home the most original handmade deco items. Just so you can have all the nice things from the village.
We have stores already open in Aigra Nova, Barroca, Candal, Lisbon, Martim Branco, Pedrógão Pequeno, Fajão and Figueira.
We expect to open more shops very soon in Álvaro, Benfeita, Casal and Casal de São Simão.
